working on this Terrot

Don't have pictures up yet, but it is badged Terrot Dijon, and Peugeot Speciale Allege. I was thinking some sort of A0-8 given the Allege. It has chrome fork crowns and the lower half of the fork is chrome as well. The lower part of the seatstay and the rear-most part of the chainstay are chrome also. This kinda blows the rebadged A0-8 theory I guess... It has a very early Huret Alvit derailleur system. It also has a bicycle license from Los Angeles dated 1965. The crankset is Simplex and is cottered. Anyone know anything about what this might be? Oh I should mention it is green with red and black pinstriping and red lugs.
