The blades look a little out of plane with the head tube, tire a little close to the downtube. No?

I would still go see it if your close, to see if it is actually bent. If the price is low enough you could get a tange replacement fork like the one on my bike:

Right, I just thought I would throw that in.

Oo. Nice. I've admired those forks. I do think its bent though. And I'd just be picking it up to rebuild for sale. At $110 with a straight fork its a deal. Bent fork is a bit less appealing, and its a 50 minute drive.

Also, its $110 up from $95. Seller said there was a lot of interest and a greater offer, and asked if I'd match.

Plus I still have a Trek 1200 sitting around in my shop fully rebuilt, waiting for me to feel the mood to sell it. Campy Ypsilon aero clincher rims laced to Mavic 501 cartridge bearing hubs

I would say its a long way to go for a seller like that plus questionable forks

Yeah, with that info I would be hesitant. I realize there are no rules for selling through craigslist... but that behavior really puts me off.

Why do you want to sell that 1200? It looks awesome, and as far as I can tell it looks around the same size as the one with the potentially bent fork.
