Campagnolo Alloy Freewheel Help....

Campagnolo Alloy Freewheel Help....
I've got an old 6 speed alloy Campy freewheel with a series of chipped teeth on the 14tooth, smallest cog. I bought the requisite replacement (which is a set of the two smallest cogs with the gold emblem band as frontispiece). Anyone know where in NYC I ought to go to have this taken apart?

I'm worried about sending someone with two chain whips to town on this, the shop in question might need to own one of these (?):
