It is threadless and I realize it's not vintage, but it definitely has classic styling.

Kinda cool.

I don't think I have ever seen a stem where the bar is positioned above the extension. Makes the angle of stem rise measurement meaningless.

Looks like the Nitto "reversible racing" model, which IS vintage.

That's it! Very nice. I thought it looked nitto-ish. Perhaps they should start remaking it as a threadless stem.
