Leather Saddle Rebuilders?

Is there anyone out there that has taken it upon themselves to recover old leather saddles for a price that would justify doing it? I have an old San Marco Rolls that would be a fine saddle, except someone didn't take care of it and the leather is cracked. Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to replace with the right tools and skill. Unfortunately, I don't have either. In an age where everything gets thrown away after the first imperfection, I wish there was a way that we could reuse some of the stuff we have.
