What is my frame? (Guerciotti/Cinelli Track Frame)

So I'm building a bike to use when I'm at home in LA (most of my time is spent in Boston) and I've been looking through craigslist and some local bike forums. The other night an ad caught my eye for a Guerciotti track frame. I've been trying to build a fixed gear and this caught my eye because it was in my size. I got in contact with the seller and the next day he sent me photos. It'd been repainted with a sort of lace pattern, quite unique. Because of this, all the original decals were gone. The top of the tubes that connect the rear triangle to the seatpost (pardon my lack of bike terminology, the proper term is escaping me at the moment) are pantographed "Guerciotti", and the crown on the fork is pantographed with the Guerciotti "G" logo. The lug connecting the downtube to the headtube also has the typical star cut out of it. It has Campagnolo dropouts. My confusion though comes from the bottom of the bottom bracket shell, which is stamped with the Cinelli logo. Is this some sort of frankenstein italian bike or did Guerciotti just use Cinelli lugs or is there some other explanation? There's also another logo that I don't recognize, resembling a sort of handprint, on the horizontal bar where the rear brake would go on a road bike. I went and picked up the frame, it's in beautiful shape and I"m looking forward to building it up, regardless of who made it. I'm just curious about the history of this frame.

Here are the pictures the seller sent me, I'll try to take some better ones later.

Thanks for the help!

i think it's approximately an 84, and was imported by ten speed drive (that's what the brake bridge logo is). the cinelli bottom bracket was commonly used on italian bikes from that era and the guerci's started using them in either 83 or 84 i believe. shortly after that the seatstay caps were changed to a script lettering instead of block - yours predates that, obviously.

Thanks so much for the help.

Dr. Deltron eh? Is there a way I can contact him to find out if he is in fact the artist?

Also, I know this isn't the appraisal forum, nor do I have any intention to sell this frame, but what would you say the value of something like this would be?

you can send a PM to the Dr., he's a member of this forum. It's also something that might have come from Carlo Dosenno in Italy, since he has done paint on Guerciottis, but given the lack of decals maybe not. There would be a '"Varnish by Dosenno, Carlo" triangle sticker near the bottom bracket, and I think most other custom painters sign their work, too (Including Dr. Deltron).
Value? if this is in LA, and given it's a track frame and a well-known brand: maybe $500 or more (depending on how the public likes that paint)...it's hipster-bait.

Cinelli really confused a lot of people by putting their logo on their framebuilding parts. On the bikes I built with those parts, I contemplated filing the lettering off of the BB shells since it is raised. Turns out I was too lazy to do that.
