Does anyone know what this is?
I picked up this frame and parts today Campy rear derailer and cranks suntour drop outs nitto stem and bars olympiade 115 . The decals are missing and replaced with this lovely work of art. It also came with 1 set of mavic wheels a campy rear wheel and a mavic gp4 rear wheel all tubulur. My question is with all these parts coming off this frame is it hi end or a dressed up turkey. ser#sa628451 the last pic I through in picked it up today to thanks

I wouldn't call it a turkey, but it definitely looks like it's been upgraded a bit. The brake calipers are probably original, as well as the front derailleur, which are both entry level components. Looks like a decent 80somthing Japanese sport touring frame.

Based on the seat lug cluster and parts, I would tend to agree that it could be a Japanese made frameset. Good quality with nice parts. Is that a Campy Super Record crankset ?
