Schwinn Paramount Registry

https://www.jaysmarine.com/TH_paramountregistry.html

Just cooked this one up on The Headbadge. I figured it'd be fun to have - perhaps see how many are actively out there in enthusiast's hands; maybe even find a few serials that follow each other.

I've put mine up in the list to start the ball rolling; if you have a Paramount, feel free to submit it in this thread, if you wish.

Kurt,

I'll send you my '66 P13. Also consider adding the transition years which led to the 3rd generation Paramounts. The '81 to '84 or '85 models are rather rare and give a good example of the evolution.

But of course I have a vested interest.

Very true - I forgot entirely about them. My mind was fuzzing over excluding the PDG era. They're more then welcome, and if you would like to submit yours, send it in.

-Kurt

P.S.: I revised the navigation bar on The Headbadge in the process of updating the site - no longer will IE6 users have trouble with the drop-down menus; I've eliminated them.

Kurt here s my 1974 P10-9 10 speed Touring serial number A74149. I really hate this format which has made it impossible for me to post pictures with my MAC. If I every figure out how to do it I will add a picture. It used to be so easy before. Roger

The first-generations already have their own registry on another site, and I care not for the PDG era.

If you have the frame size, I would like to add it to the site, along with your name. Otherwise, that's everything I need - thanks!

I sent my Paramount info. I seem to recall that it has the same serial number (C7020) as another BF member. Was that typical? Mine is the "Touring" model.

10-4 - got them. You are a magnet for "L" frames, that's for sure.

Bump for those who haven't seen the thread.

The CR list members have been adding their own fleets as well - the Registry is growing fast.

Got your email, sent a couple of replies just to clarify a few things.

They've already been added to the list.

I have most of the info (serial #, most of the parts) of a '73 paramount track that didn't work out for me due to rust and size issues. Should I submit what info I have?
