Bikes: Some of the bikes I've collected: Raleighs ( about 20), Trek ( oldest 1978 770 Columbus tubes), Mercian, Condor, Bob Jackson, Falcon, Holdsworth, Jacques Anquetil, Bianchi, LeMond, Cannondale, Schwinn, Iver Johnson, Dunelt

The $675 Varsity

Weren't these Sprints frames built like the Varsity?
And the fork on this one looks like it shortens the wheelbase a little more.

At least the fork has been bent to match the seat-tube.

At least that one really is a PX-10. You don't see them so frequently now, but in the past lots of folks have listed UO-8s as PX-10s.

"Bike appears to be all original." The SunTour derailleur is a huge improvement over the original Huret, but it is definitely not "original."

I'd give you $100 if I'm drunk. $50 if I'm not.

I believe it was originally priced above the Continental and that Schwinn had two bikes they offered with this frame. A "La Tour" maybe?
