cilo bike

hi there i am wondering if anybody can tell me any info about a bike i recently bought my husband, forgive me as i know very little about bikes i will post a picture of the bike here later on ,in the meantime i would be very grateful for any info at all on the possible age of the bike. i know the company dissolved in 2002. ok the bike itself is a dark but bright blue racing cycle, on the frame it says cilo in white writing and has a green , yellow, and black sort of stripe. it also says ht tubes. on the bike it says shimano, and on the handlebars it says itm mondial italy and there is a map of italy engraved into the silver bar of the handlebars.also near the pedals it says championi. the reason im curios is because the bike itself appears to be nearly new and i was shocked to discover it could be more than ten years old. obviously im not sure if it has been reconditioned or not but the bike really does seem to be in excellent cond. the sticker that says ht tubes appears to be brand new so i presume the frame is original. i would really appreciate any info about this bike. i paid 150 chf for it is that a fair price? many thanks in advance to anybody who can help.

Hello,
This is actually the second Cilo inquiry in a couple of days.
But anyway... Does the sticker say HT Tubes or Hot Tubes? IF it says Hot Tubes than the bike probably looks brand new because it was recently repainted by Hot Tubes - a shop that specializes in high end bikes and paint work. 150chf is an awsome deal by the way. Sounds like someone really loved that bike!

ht tubes could mean high tensile - not necessarily a good thing, but we really need some pics before we make a real determination.
