Need help with identifying Bianchi frame

Hey Guys,

I need some help. I just purchased this older Bianchi Veloce off of ebay and I am trying see how old it is. I'd also like see if I could get an old manual or exact measurements for it somewhere. Anyways, here are the pictures, let me know if you know anything about the age of the bike and/or if you know anyone who could help with this.
