It's been a while since I posted here, so first, there's a picture of me from approximately 1982.
A few of us rode a century a couple of weekends ago. I did most of it stoking photogravity's tandem.
The journey included a couple of ferry rides.
I was even publicly shamed in the stocks!
About two-thirds of the way into the trip, I left the tandem. aixaix loaned me his super-fine orange Olympia bicycle. It was a treat to ride.
I'd like to think that the last picture looks similar to the first picture, even though they're 30 years apart!

yup, I had Multitos on a few bikes, with the belt, but we called 'em clickys in my club. Maybe referring to the click sound when resetting them. Mine are all long gone.

I don't know about the head angles on Michael's Olympia or on my former Atala Competizione. The Olympia is an extremely nimble and responsive bike. That picture was taken from slightly farther behind, which could make it look slacker than the Atala.
I built the Atala mostly of spare parts. See if you can see something quirky on it. You'll see it if you look long enough.

It could very well be the angle of the photo, but since you pointed the bike out as aixaix's Olympia, I remembered that mine has a pretty shallow head tube when compared to all my other bikes. I figured I was seeing a traditional thing.
Is that a high-flange front wheel and low-flange back? Or are you speaking of the sidepulls with the cable anchor/QR on the "wrong" side?
Looks like a little bit of drillium on the non-driveside brake lever, too
