Campy Chain Ring ID Please

What can you tell me about these chain rings? (other than I shoulda cleaned em)
53/45 Very light, came with 180mm Campy Strada cranks.
I took them off a '75 Paramount but don't know the year of these or the material..
thanks

edit nother pic

it may look like a sale set up but not the case, just too lazy to isolate the crank

Bikes: '39 Hobbs, '58 Marastoni, '73 Italian custom, '75 Wizard, '76 Wilier, '78 Tom Kellogg, '79 Colnago Super, '79 Sachs, '81 Masi Prestige, '82 Cuevas, '83 Picchio Special, '84 Murray-Serotta, '85 Trek 170, '89 Bianchi, '90 Bill Holland, '94 Grandis

They look like black anodized Campagnolo chainrings that have been drilled out and had some material removed - a common practice amoung weigt-conscious racer types at one time. They're alloy (aluminum) - so standard meterial. I've owned a number of drilled/milled sets, as well as one black anno set like those - they're cool, if not ultra-super-special or rare.

Bikes: Too many to list here check my signature.

can you see any evidence of "campagnolo" on them? anything between the holes? they could be stronglight or TA rings.

they do look very worn

Thanks Picchio
No sign of anything Bianchigirl. These are very far from worn in my experience or compared to the one I put on the bike :-))

I'll probably be putting these back on the bike and selling the whole bike or not. The 180 mm cranks were too much for hill climbing and the bike itself is huge...although a long ride yesterday has me thinking I'll keep it.
(although the pic was taken to show a potential buyer elsewhere what the original components look like, it was not my intent to sell here in this thread...I read the roolz and if I do decide to sell here will upgrade my account :-).

So, I may want to save these and put those chain rings on a 175 crank or 170

What's the proper description of the crank arms I need to look for in order to put these babies on. They won't fit on any existing cranks that I have....holes not compatible.

thanks

You need cranks with a bcd (bolt circle diameter) of 144mm.

Bikes: Yes

The little ring is hooked. Not terribly, but it is worn as bianchigirl says. The big ring drill job looks like it was done by hand by an amateur.

Sakae Ringyo and Sugino both offered black anodized 144mm BCD chainrings. Some of them were also factory drilled, although I don't recall any quite like those pictured.
