That's a stunning ride, mtbjeff! I've never heard of John Tower and did a quick google search, but nothing really showed up. Do you have some information on him and his bikes?

I don't, We were the second owners of the Tower Tandem, I believe he was located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The bike was very well built, with Phil Wood Bottom brackets and hubs. My guess is that it was built in the late 80's since its a 7 speed.

I'll post a few more photos.
