1950's Schwinn cruisers

I've got an original 1957 Schwinn Corvette, three-speed, chrome fenders, WW tires, etc.

Is there a market among baby boomers for those kinds of retro bikes? I think it weighs 45 lbs.

Those seem to have come and gone a few years ago. It's 60s bikes now.
On the other hand, www.ratrodbikes.com or www.thecabe.com are all about them.

I,m a baby boomer and would love to have a 50's Schwinn cruiser, but alas, Australia is a long way from the source. I suppose location would have a lot to do with your market. I can visualise riding the Schwinn along a beach side track on a nice day and just taking in the scenery.

A photo would help my 'visualisation'.

There was a guy who brought in one of those 3 speed 'vettes to the LBS I frequented in Bloomington. A dude offered him $500 bucks to buy it, and the guy turned him down. He apparently bought it new, and just pulled it out of storage where it had been since '75 or so. It looked nearly new, and was gorgeous.
