Front and rear rack and basket setups
I'm putting together a clubman style bike for my gf, and would love to see your rack/basket setups for inspiration.
The fork has eyelets for a front rack or basket. The frame unfortunately does not have any eyelets, so I will either have to mount the rear rack on the axle or figure something else out.
Thanks ahead for any replies.

No help from me I'm afraid, I strap a plastic Coca-Cola crate to the back rack that came with the Free Spirit. I'm that close to looking like the homeless. Suits my daily commute tho'.

That is a sharp looking competition! Is that a wald basket on top of a blackburn front rack? Cool to see the detail shot of it mounted to the fender eyelets with the washers too.
Is the fork original? I have a similar era one with the script "Raleigh" on the downtube and my fork crown isn't chromed.
This is an awesome thread, I love seeing all of these rack/basket setups, they all look great. I'm stockpiling ideas for a light cargo/townie bike.

It is a Wald basket with no struts from Rivendell on an old Jim Blackburn rack.
The fork is not original. I picked it up at a swap and I don't know what it came off of.
The frame is a '73 and the "Raleigh" script is not correct for it. I used it because I like it better than the correct one.
