1986 Miele, Suntour Road Bike

I have a vintage Miele road bike but am having trouble identifying the frame model.

The bike is fitted with a full 1986 original Suntour Sprint friction shift groupo, brakes and pedals. Suntour Superbe Pro bottom bracket and Superbe Pro Dropouts. Plus Cinelli handlebars and stem.

Serial number on the frame is CS628225

any help with model or year identification would be helpful. Thanks!

Providing the Sprint components are original it's a 1986 Miele Elite S. Frame made in Japan but assembled in Canada.
