Just Curious As To What This Is, Don't Know Much About Bikes But This On Seems Really Cool, It's A Green Ladies Bike With Suntour(shifters?) Simplex Gears A Cadre Allegre Frame

Sounds like a mixte uo18, basically the mixtie version of the venerable uo8, Peugeot's entry level model during the seventies. Good basic transport, although if you're going to use it as such, check and see if the rims are steel and switch them out for some alloy ones.
