Do brake levers w/ quick releases for flat bars exist?

On some, Jim, you can simply pull the cable end out of the lever.

They exist. I have a pair of these Tektro FL730, NIB for 22.2mm bars, but haven't gotten around to putting them on a bike.

Here is what the Tektros look like installed. These levers are nice because the Athena brakes don't have a QR of course.
