The Bianchi site used to sell celeste paint. However, the color can vary from year to year. If you are just wanting to do some touch-up, I've had some luck matching the celeste on my bike using Testors blue, yellow, and white. Mostly yellow and white, with a touch of true blue.

I agree ther have been so many Celeste, Mint Celest, Metalic Celest. my favorite Bianchi has the best Celeste I ever saw and there is no way I could ever find paint to match. it is some kind of Dupont Imron and has a shade all its own.
if the spots are not too big just use some clear nailpolish to seal the frame.
what kind and year Bianchi?

I bought some Celeste paint through the bianchusa.com website and the match was very close to my bike, a mid-80s Nuovo Record.

Krylon jade is a match.
This is a very close match that I used on my wifes stem.
