Sometimes when I can't get to it from my machine, I can get to it from my servers located in other states. Somebody is having routing issues.

There have been some on-going problems with the forum. Causes are under investigation from what I've heard, but there is certainly something going on.

Bikes: The keepers: 1969 Magneet Sprint, 1971 Gitane Tour de France, 1973 Raleigh Twenty, 3 - 1986 Rossins.

Not noticing any problems on this end. Neither here at home, or earlier today at work.

yep, but it's erratic. I've had periods when pages don't load at all! Other times, like now it's fine...go figure?

With so many apps for tracking your every mouse movement, it's a wonder that the pages load at all. But, yes; I've been having problems loading pages for a week. It has been taking 2 or 3 refreshes lately. Don't forget, this is a money making Ad driven operation.

Was giving trouble earlier this evening, after my "all fine" post. Murphy's law.

still seems like the problem occurs intermittently.. my money is on lack of bandwidth, due possibly to an ongoing attack... though I suspect it's just too many users for the site to handle. Needs moar tubes!

Only problems are the ads trying to give me a virus when searching the site.

+1

This happens when I use Google to search the forum and click a BF link when using this PC at work.

I had a lot of issues with that, but the last few times I've googled BF, the ads haven't appeared. I wonder if my antivirus has gotten better or what the deal is.

I haven't had any problems with it this week. I run Chrome. A browser issue?

Ever since I joined, recently, about 50% of the time; heartwarming that it has been mentioned as I choose to presume it's recent, and possibly temporary.

On and off for many days. Sometimes, it just chokes. And it really gags on personal messages. At least it has for me.

Really annoying, but unclear what it is. Seems to be one of the ad-manager hooks.

the Personal Message thing is a vBulletin problem since version 4.0 I'm on other vBulletin based sites and they all have the same issue with PM's.

vB 3.x wasn't like that...at least with the PM's. and the Whole Pic manager thing is a disaster. You can change your pic manager back to the old style in your settings I know, but as a selling point its garbage.

If i was starting anew right now I'd probably do something silly like use phpBB because I'd have such a hard time plunking down the cash they want for vBulletin publishing suite.
