TW hubs??

Has anyone heard of TW as a brand of hubs?
I have a pair of older-style wheels 6-speed cassette with Rigida rims. They are good looking and in good shape. I am wondering if they are some obscure hitherto unheard of European brand or some cheap Asian cheap and nasty that has bee retrofitted with a 6-speed cassette.
I don't have a camera so I can't snap a photo of the logo, but it is a nice looking "TW".
