This Pinarello just showed up on Ebay and looks very similar to the one I just picked up on CL especially the color, saddle, decals & Tretubi tubing.

The differences are my bike has a Triomphe crank & brake set (and I'm assuming the rest of the Campy is as well).The Ebay bike is stated to be an 83 and the best I can figure, mine is 86-87. I'm wondering how two bikes so similar could be so far apart in age?

The main differences, in a few years spread like that, will be the flat crown fork on the '83 and possibly the chainstay bridge and BB shell. Obviously the components as well...
