Which frame would you use?

I have a early Schwinn LeTour, 1020 frame, that I use for around town. It is set up as a single speed coaster with 700x35 tires. Now I acquired a 73 Fuji Special Road Racer frame. I think that frame is also Hi-Tensil steel.

So now I am in a quandary over which one to use. Do I keep my LeTour or switch the single speed wheels to the Fuji?

I know neither is a high end frame. I just want it for tooling around town. Which would you use?
