Very Sweet, Grand Bois.
You should give it its own thread, tho. Really, it deserves it.
Then I'll ask about those bars, that triple crank, and suggest the great shifting maybe the hyperglide (?) freewheel...

Gorgeous Peugeot, Grand Bois! I'd love to see more of it.
Also, what are those flowers/plant? I've noticed it in lots of your photos.

The paint is by the crazy but incredibly talented Dr. Deltron.
It used to be white. Since the bike has been repainted, it has no value whatsoever.
That's okay with me. I'm the original owner and I'll never sell it.

Those are nasturtiums. They prefer cool weather, filtered sun and poor soil. The leaves and flowers are edible and can be used in salads. I haven't tried them.

1975?
hey, how do you determine the age of this motobecane? i thought my black/red grand record was a '75 and also thought that was the same year mb started to finish the grand jubilee in the opposite red/black color.
i wish i could look up the bb's s# (3606443 701) somewhere online...

If the components are original, look for date codes on them.

Beautiful, beautiful bikes guys, I really think French is the way to go. Shouldn't say that too loud, I dont want the other rides getting jealous! I know this is not friday but here is mine, not done as much as some of yours, but I really like it.
And just for fun, here is my real baby. I know the Col saw this one.
