I Need Help finding out What This Is!

I came across a bike, and before i do anything to it i want to find out more about it. What i know is that it says foremost on the front name plate, and swinger on the chain cover. the bar from the seat to the handlebars is two tubes that come together which i found to be odd. Does anyone think they could tell me anything about this bike? i will post pictures soon i just need to take some thanks.

Foremost is JC Penny's bike and from the description it was made by Murray for them. Cost about $50 or less new and might in very good condition worth that now. Need pictures for a correct model. Roger

Man, you can go to the thrift store and buy a whole shiny one for less than you'll spend on one part for yours.
