An odd brake lever request...

So I went on a "mini-tour" a while back with my carbon 105 bike and recently did another trip on my steel frame. I love everything about my steel frame, but the one huge thing I did miss from the 105 brifter setup were the great big, bulbous brifters to wrap my hands around and get a nice laid out position while still being a little upright.

So are there any vintage style brake levers that offer this same kind of heft to wrap your palms around? My late 80's 105 aero levers have nice flat spots on the hoods, but come up to quite a sharp point. Not nearly as comfy.

Tektro currently makes non-shifting brake levers with aero cable routing that are close in shape/feel to wide brifter levers. I am unaware of any actual vintage levers with similar shape. You can also try adding some additional bar wrap beneath the gum hoods to change the shape a bit.
