Which handlebars for a Sprite? And matress saddles?

So I picked up a Sprite today for $15 (sorry, no pic - it's raining!).

There's the most ugly, black, straight bar on there. Also a terrible saddle.

They should have North Roads, right? Which of these from Niagara would be ok?

I think the Velo Orange ones would be the best, but I'd rather spend $10 than $20 as I don't know if this will be a keeper nor not (depends if husband likes it once it's done, I suspect not).

Also, does anyone has a mattress saddle or two that they would like to sell me?

Thanks

It depends. Does it have a steel stem? The original stem used steel bars that are 15/16". I'd probably get a steel bar, rather than an alloy bar that is 1". I'd also get a northroad bar, too.

That's the one I'd get.

I have a Raleigh sport I can part out. Would those be the same as what should be on the Sprite? I'm blanking out. Also it has a white mattress saddle. I can't remember the exact condition, but I think it's some rust, no tears. If you have any interest, PM me.

Wald handlebars are pretty decent and inexpensive. I have two pairs of wald north road bars and I can't complain about them. Im not sure this is what you are after but I have a brooks mattress saddle that I would sell for $15.00+ shipping.

Thanks. I ended up ordering the Northroads that gna suggested. I also got a modern cruiser saddle for $10 which looks ok.
