Natural Dandelion control... we named the little guy Bugsley.

I haven't seen another baby this year and suspect that Wiley must have gotten them as laying in the grass and pretending to be invisible isn't the best defense. I think Bugs is a little smarter and does not have much fear of the people here... he will walk away when you get closer than a few feet and only runs when the dog tries to make friends. |

Our magnificent Rhododendrons. They hardly look it but some of the plants are 12 to 14 feet in diameter. My wife wants me to prune them, but I refuse. They encircle the whole back side of out property.

I spent last week in San Francisco, visiting one of my daughters. We hiked and cycled in The Presidio park, where the hiking and cycling trails take you through some truly wonderful areas. While in The Presidio, it is hard to imagine that you are less than one-half hour away from the center of one of the country's more densely packed cities. An espresso and a sandwich at the Velo Rouge Cafe is always a nice treat.
