Yeah, I love those darned losers. Every year I listen to the national sports outlets bash the Browns and prey that they will have to eat their words. Please let it be soon. You might have noticed the "brownie" is my avatar.

That looks pretty good, what is it? It looks a little like the hot and sour soup that my wife gets. They served you with a chipped bowl.

Chicken Pho (Vietnamese). For $7, I will take a chipped bowl.

Stop being a pantywaist and eat the damned soup.

+1 And maybe a shot after you add the sprouts and basil...to eat pho is to live again.

I was building up a new frame, and just pulled parts off the old one, wheels with tires of course. Spun them around a bit just testing things in the stand...

I guess that panic stop during car avoidance did some damage... close to 1000 miles on these ones, so I'm not that upset.

Next time I see a chipped dish, I am going to smash it and yell "This is for Fender1!!"

I've never had it, but reading this is a strong argument that I should. I don't know of any Vietnamese restaurants around here... i'd imagine there has to be one.

Vietnamese don't go to Ohio and I don't blame them.

+1 Pho is a must try dish. A big bowl of beef pho will put anyone in a good mood. Make sure to order the shrimp spring rolls with the peanut sauce as an appetizer!

Maybe they haven't seen the new Ohio tourism marketing yet.

Pho is one of my favourite foods and meals, for less than most fast food you can get a delicious and healthy bowl of hearty soup. I am surrounded by excellent noodle houses where I live in Canada but there are less pho joints here in Portland and some I have went to have not impressed me.

It is also a fairly easy dish to make.

Sixty Fiver 08-20-12 11:23 PM

Ps... It is pronounced "fa".

It's an easy dish to assemble. Making the proper stock is not simple or quick.

Actually, I'm told there's pretty much no way a western tongue can pronounce is correctly. But, yeah, "fa" is closer than the phonetic pronunciation. You could call it "doo-doo" and I'd still love it.

You haven't yet truly lived , but yes you should try making some from scratch SO VERY GOOD. Get some tripe and it's on.

Lol no he usually just makes them for frends when they are requested, or for specal events...stuff like that. I traded him a set of vintage Kirtland Tour Pak panniers. I think I came out on top on that one :)

Some gorgeous work here...

It seems unanimous, everyone loves the soup. I looked up a recipe and stopped reading when I got to the part about using a clever. I am not a good cook. I'll just have to keep my eyes open, i'm bound to run into it sometime.

See what you started fender1?
