Post your San Marco Concor Supercorsa in action!

i want to see your bikes with the Concor supercorsa seats on them, i'm thinkin about using them on a build so just want to see what they look like on bikes before i go out and spend the money. Usually i'm pretty good an envisioning builds but unfortunately i can't really see this one, the shape of the saddle is more different from the normal typical saddle shape

also i've noticed their pricing is a little higher than the san marco rolls, is it cause this is the higher model than the rolls?

also, can you comment on how you like the saddle? does it work well with your sit bones, is it durable.

Also if you got a mint one for sale, pm me the color and price, thanks!

Your basic black, smooth leather (and gold lettering, which I've never seen before):

Very comfortable - they have pretty decent padding. Keep 'em dry and they'll probably last forever, too. I loved them back in the day and I never get tired of riding on or looking at them. A classic shape.

everyone has a different idea of what saddle feels "good", all i can do is compare it to something you may have ridden. the only other vintage saddle i've used are Turbos and i can't stand them, i love the Concor!

what kinda mixte frame is that, i remember you making a topic on it

A Rolls was always dearer to buy than a Concor but I know which one I would prefer to sit on - the Concor any day.

The Concor Supercorsa is a bit beaten-up but I love it.

The saddles really compliment the looks of these bikes. They really are a perfect fit IMHO.

Wow, some real special bikes in this thread. Keep them coming guys!

Had one on my Club Fuji and did notlike it at all. I found it had too much padding, and I did not like how the tail end curved upward, that was not comfy for me. Also it seems as there are a few differnt models for some reason?

I have a couple I can sit in them all day, plus they look awesome

I've got one on my Colnago Mix and a white one sitting in my work bench drawer looking for ride. They've got a love hate relationship with me cause they are one of the sexiest saddles IMHO but I can handle about 30 miles on them before I start getting antsy and shifting back and forth on them. I've tried quite a few different angles and still haven't found that perfect spot. I see about 75% of them here have the nose tipped down compared to being level like a lot of people say all saddles should be.

I also can't ride on them for long, as i find them uncomfortable and i slide around alot on them. My girlfriend loves it, and prefers it to be pointed down a little.

With my new build I was still eyeballing the reissued Concors but instead went with a black perforated Regal for the comfort factor. I was debating on going with another Brooks Pro Team saddle but I have two already and can always toss one on if I want to go that route. I have a old knock off looking Regal GT made back in the 90s on my World Sport that I really like. Plus I wanted something really comfy and to keep that vintage look as with the Concor.

This is a build in progress. A cosmetically challenged Pinarello. I have had several Concors. I like the shape and find it very comfortable.

If you note the one on my Club Fuji you can see the nose is a bit upwards, and for me it was as comfortable as it could get. I tried every angle possible, and could not get comfy after 40-50 miles.

My new favorite saddle is a older modle (Terry Dragonfly) pictured here on my Bertin C-34, which I can stay on all day and be comfortable.

My '89 Pinarello Montello. Favorite saddle ever, just wish I could afford a white one to replace it.

I must tell you that I was a bit nosy this morning, and I looked at some of the beautiful bicycles you have on your flickr pages.

Please feel free to share these if you would like, as I believe the forum members would definitely enjoy seeing them.

What a selection!

A well-worn Concor on my Bertin. It seems to work better on this bike than on any of my other bikes.
