Let me be first, (just happened that way), to say.....coool.
That is great, and so much better than it was with me. It has everything: speed, versatility, range, looks, lugs, and it's an Ironman.

Home Run, horatio!

Nice Ironman, I too am looking to make an Ironman swap a 57 for a 54 or 53. I'm in the swap game. Thanks.

Glad you like it. It's a sweet ride, for sure.

BTW, the seat isn't low - the bars are high! lol

Part of the price of aging, I guess. That, and a less flexible back! Even as is, it's still more of a stretch than I'm used to. Had a nice 35-mile ride Saturday. Looking forward to pushing 50+ as time allows.

I'm not so sure about that, Robbie. It looked good with those Ventos, too!

Thanks for the compliments, though.

We'll expand.

I actually got one of the nicest Ironman frames I've ever had from Canada, a black '89 Expert, very clean, from an E. Toma via eBay.

I was able to send one back, an '85 in grey/grey, to a messenger in Montreal....
...he rode it one winter, made a cross bike out of it, and eventually killed it somehow.

That's a great bike. I just got a red & white expert--can't wait to build it up and experience what everyone's raving about.

Seems you have a penchant for green. I do like the look of your Ironman Master.

Be sure to update us on the build. Does that mean Robbie finally got a true 56cm frame?

It seems familiar, but is that a 56 or a 54cm?
I may have been undersizing all my Ironmen trades.
