Help with 85 Cannondale

I think this is an 85.
Just picked it up and not sure of the model

Its black metallic

I think a T series

Any help?

You can decipher the serial number with that website and find the catalog that matches the year.

Date stamps/ serial numbers are stamped on the BB or chainstays

can you post bigger better pics? if the seat really needs to be that high, it may be too small.

T series ? It's an "SRnnn" .... SR400, SR500 ...

ST was the touring bikes lineup.

All the frame were the same, but with different paint & components for the different models.

And the stem looks dangerously high ... probably well past the safety mark.
