Night Time Ride Pics , with a prize for the winner

Post pics here from your night time rides. They need to be from a ride, but they don't have to have bikes in them. They can though, of course. The only requirement is that they are in a night time setting. Night time inside of your house doesn't count unless it's in your garage with the door open, but you're only allowed one of those.

I'm going out for a nice night time ride right now, so I'll hopefully have something to share soon enough.

The person who posts the best night time ride pic will get a prize. The winner will be determined by me, when I see fit. I don't know what the prize will be yet but the winner will be happy to have it, i promise. I might decide to give the prize tomorrow, next week, or in 3 months. It's totally up to me, as is the judging criteria. You will get a PM from me if you're a potential winner, so make sure you have enough posts to get a PM. I'll need to get your mailing address.

So just post a pic and maybe you'll win something. Aside from that, this is like any other picture thread.

Most of my rides are at night.

Self portrait

A kid on the street, as viewed from my back yard (the blurs on the left are his parents catching up to him)

Another self-portrait: Tron

The glow of the city from the river trail

Stand by for more, I'm leaving to go for a ride.

fyi, nothing that has already been posted on BF 10,000 times will qualify. Must be new.

here's one from 30 minutes ago. It's not good, but at least it's new.

i'm going to have to learn to take better night pics with an Iphone, if that's even possible.

By the way, maybe I wasn't clear but the pics will need to be newer than the first post in this thread to win.

That disqualifies these for a prize, but I'm in for the big green plus sign.

I basically only ride at night (I'm a chef). Too bad my post count isn't up high enough for PMs yet. I know I could get some good ones of downtown Dallas at night.

No big deal. Consider my early posts in this thread as "priming the pump." This one, however, is only about an hour old. Took it downtown in front of the First Methodist Church. Forgot my good camera, though, so this is with the crappy cell phone.

Oh yeah! I ride through a rough neighborhood every single night... sometimes at 3am. Every once in a while I see something, er... interesting. Not pretty, but the kind of thing that makes you ask "why is that guy laying on the sidewalk, talking to a dead mouse at 3AM?" Any other time of the day would be fine... but 3AM!?
