I like the way the bikes are set up. Cable lengths, bar angles and brake lever positions look just right to my eyes.

I have a McLean, too. I think it's a 1982. I had it repainted in 1991, so it's blank now. It's not very light, unfortunately, but I love it.
The guy who goes by the name norskagent here on bikeforums has one, too. |

I realize this may sound silly and even a bit pretentious, but the Mooney is even more stunning in person. It was all chrome when I got it. It was rough on the lower part of the triangle and I just couldn't get it acceptable (at least to my anal eyes), so i had just the triangle painted. I saw a frame that Curt Goodrich had painted that smoky green color and he gave me some freebie paint, which Chris Kvale sprayed after I did some of the masking.
