You'd have to get closeups of the seat stay caps, seatpost binder area, head tube from several angles, the bottom bracket, the fork crown, and the front and rear dropouts.

From what I see, I know it's red, and that's about all.

+1 Repainted Japanese bike. Lots of parts are not Campy: Shimano 105 headset, Suntour Superbe brake calipers, etc.

Bikes: Several, mostly not name brands.

I agree. The frame looks like a mid-level Japanese frame from the 1980s. Looks decent, ought to be a good ride if the price is right.

Bikes: Cannondale T700s and a few others

Lugs common to Japanese frames. Recessed brake mount looks mid to late 80's to me

Serial number rules out Trek. They did use a 7 digit format but they didnt put a Zero as a lead digit from what I know. Now they did use a "O" as a lead in the late 70's but the second digit designated size and that sure isnt a 25 inch frame.

Post a picture of the Serial number. Placement may help ID.

Looks a bit like my 88 Centurion I had and it did come with a 105 headset like that. There is a couple Centurion savvy folks here.

Edit, looks like Centurion started with a letter.

Bikes: 2007 Specialized Roubaix 1987 Bianchi Strada

Lugs and fork crowns look like my 87 Bianchi Strada, but with higher end components and forged dropouts.

+1 on mid-1980s (-ish) Japanese origin for the frame and fork.
