Is that paint with a lot of flip or a fade between two colors?

One of his bikes was for sale here in Boston on CL a few years ago. It was a low-to-mid end fixed gear and was my size. But it was sold before I could get a chance to get my hands on it.

Oh, sorry, I was looking at the M-B 190SL (W121), easily confused with the more powerful 300SL (W198) roadster, with only the tiniest differences at that angle. Stylish.
