Yeah I tried to zoom in on that too, couldn't read.
Thank you. Although not that we needed proof. Someday, someone is going to build up a bike with left crank just for grins, that would have been the kind of thing Sheldon Brown would do, that's easy to reverse, though pedal threading would be the tricky part to keep from coming undone, and a fixie track rear would be easy, but a left hand cassette, rear derailleur, and hanger, would be harder. |

Maybe it would be easier to make a few reversed signs, ads, etc., taking a pic of a regular bike with them as background and then reversing the pic?

She's using the spring clip! I always wondered what to do with the spring clip on my racks that had one.

Frequently put on a movie late at night to fall asleep to. One that I don't need to pay much attention. Last night it was Flashdance. Not a great movie, but forgot that Jennifer Beals rides a bike throughout the movie. Looks to be a Moto.
What's interesting is the blued steel band for the d/t shifters. Image is likely an out-take from motion picture stock, and likely accidentally reversed, although some magazine editors have been known to intentionally flip positives. Note the blown high lights- the image was never meant to be printed. -D.S. |

Looks like a Schwinn head-badge from here. Can't recall seeing safety brake levers on a Moto.

Looking at other pics, it's definitely a Moto head badge. :thumb:

The visible head-badge picture in the thread is not on the bike in question.

The bike? It appears to be a homemade recumbent constructed from two conventional frames. Actually clever to use the top tube of the front bike as, from what we can see, the steerer of the rear bike annnd the builder didn't waste two nice frames building it.

I noticed that too, that is clever. However that bike is going to handle *terrible* with the front tire contact WAY in front of the steering axis, and will also torque-steer with every pedal push.
Thought about it a bit, and can't really see it "steering" that well at all. In actual practice, it probably ain't much of a rider~ o.k. for t.v./movie studio sets, but that would be about it. -D.S. |

Could be why the idler type caster/rollers were put into the extra b/b hole.
