He may or may not be a celebrity -- the mask makes confirmation difficult -- but the photo is a finalist in some category of the Smithsonian's photo contest this year, so that makes him an anonymous pseudo-celebrity anyway. And he's definitely on a bike. And there's a giant octopus. Yep. I'm posting it!

Those of us with young millennials still under the roof have likely seen the evolution of frogs on bikes (in this case unicycles) in today's pop culture. My daughter was giddy with excitement when she got me my Dat Boi t-shirt and I have to admit the whole point is still lost on me. However, it has transformed into a cool dad now. Go figure.
