The Clement "Futurox" are not a "best of" example of a tubular. Really a training tire, but they will look nice on your bike.

Yeah, There what I have now. Im still up in the air on tires but they might be the ticket to getting the bike on the road again.

Bikes: 07 Vanilla, 98 IRD road frame built up with 25th Ann DA, Surly cross check with 105 comp, 78 Raleigh Comp GS, 85 Centurionelli

From DD:" Chain: Everest with slotted outer plates - keep an eye out as there are one or two Ebay sellers who sometimes list a couple at a time as a package deals. Everest chains are every bit as good quality as Regina, just not as well-known or expensive."

I ditto that advice. I picked one up for $70 on the 'bay, and have another being shipped now. The first one was so nice I had to stock up, the slotted model is really as, or nicer than, a Regina. And it's got rarity points.
