60's Raleigh Sprite restoration + rust issue

About to put my hands on this nice yellow Raleigh Sprite. As you can see its been left out for years and is pretty rusty. I know rust removal was widely discussed here, but what do you guys think, is it possible to remove the rust here/ what method is best/ any known touch up paint for it? do you think it's worthwhile to go into this with this bike or is it too much work? Would like to avoid repainting and keep all the original hand painted details.
All suggestions appreciated

Bikes: A few ;)

I think most would agree that it's not worth the trouble unless there is sentimental value to it. Sprites are neat bikes, but low end and common. If you want to restore it though, search bikeforums for OA baths.
