Stroker Bikes - Need Help!
When I was a kid in the mid-70's, I was given my older brother's bicycle - my first bike. Interestly enough, it was stolen three times. The third time - in Litchfield Park, Arizona - was the last time. That was roughly 1979. The reason for this message is because I am looking for someone who might be able to help determine what type of bike it might have been. Here is a description...
The bike was a BMX-style bike. It wasn't exactly light and I don't think that it was made of any special metals - probably steel. It had a unique square-tube frame instead of the typical cylindrical frame. My brother says it was a "Stroker," but I cannot find any referrence to this brand of bike on the Internet. I've Google'd, I've eBay'd - nothing! Have you ever heard of a Stroker BMX bike? Have you ever heard of a square-tube frame BMX bike manufacturer?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
