Cornelo: with all the variations in authentic Colnago club perforations, that one is not what I'd call a "club"...it has been seen on several examples of Italo-Belgian frames that seem to be ID'd as Cornelos (or some other brand). The "budget line" Colnago products (Colner, Colnago Sport, etc.) don't use this style cut-out.
These "Cornelos" still are reportedly pretty nice frames, even when faking it as Colnagos.

Those lugs also look like the lugs of a Dutch bike i owned.

Also the seat stays and cable routing looks different. Probably many builders from same rea used the same lugs...

I don't remember the brand of the drops on this bike but indeed remember sometimes seeing better quality bikes in the south of Holland and Belgium with those kind of lugs.

Nice looking bike. My '87ish Cornelo has a heartish shape in the luggs.
