Your entire bicycle collection in one simple post... *drool heavy*

I know I have seen individual bikes posted in various threads, but how about posting one pic of each bike in your collection in one post (or two for the true hoarders).

It takes some time to build a post like this but I think it would be very interesting to see them all at a glance. There are so many amazing collections in the hands of members here. Let's see them!

I'll kick it off with my example...

2000 Pinarello Paris with Campy Record

Early 90's Panasonic PR-6000 (in process of being built with Dura Ace)

1989 Panasonic PICS Team Custom (NOS to be built eventually with Sante)

1989 Panasonic DX-1000 with mixed Shimano

1989 Panasonic Team MC PICS mountain bike (coming soon... awaiting arrival)

1988 Panasonic DX-5000 with Shimano 600 Ultegra

1988 Panasonic DX-4000 with Shimano 105

1988 Panasonic MC-5500

1987 Panasonic MC-6500

I've only photo documented 17 of my 32 bikes. I'll probably never complete the job due to N+1.

Perhaps I will assemble my collection in the driveway and photograph groups of bikes from a frontal angle. That way I can post four or five shots and get around the limit.

Road bikes in one group, track bikes in another, MTBs, tandems, 3 speeds, mixtes and women's frames, cruisers.

Yes, this thread could be the first step in realizing you have a problem... we could do group therapy together but I suspect it would just turn into a swap meet anyway.

How many Panasonics can one own before you run out of choices??........Maybe a Miyata or two in that collection can add a bit of contrasting or supplementing flavor??

You get more bang for the buck if you do it this way:

Left to right:
1940 Schwinn New World
1946-ish Fothergill
1948 Raleigh Record Ace
1950 Norman Rapide
1971-ish Lambert
1982 Trek 720

It's an old photo; there have been additions and subtractions, and that's just the ones with internally geared hubs.

Love those Panasonics!!!!

I have a lean mean collection of two right now. Realistically it is all I can fit in my tiny studio. Well, and a frame hanging on the wall.

So let me get this straight......

You want me to put up photographs of all my expensive,
beloved road bikes on a public internet forum that is a known
hangout for people who would slash each other's car tires
if it meant a 20 minute head start on a hot Craigslist deal ?

.............................................................
