Scott, I've never seen that Paramount of yours before. What year is it? I see pre-1967 pinstriping and the 1973-75 decal set, so I'm not sure what to estimate.

It's a beauty, regardless; reminds me of my '82 Superior:

Have you given consideration to adding it to the Registry?

ok..it's official, I have to have one of these, I might just have to sacrifice my Raleigh Super Course MKII as a down payment. :P

It's a fact - Paramounts look best with fenders:

Kurt, I've had it for a few years now, I'm surprised you haven't seen it before now, I always look for an excuse to post photos! I'd love to post it to the Registry, what do you need besides serial number?

Considering that I searched Google and the forum for likenesses of what I envisioned the '82 Superior to look like before I built it (to no success) your machine shocked the heck out of me when I saw it today.

Year, serial #, model, frame size, color, components, owner + ownership history (if desired), a picture, and notes from the owner (again, if desired).

As far as I know it's a '66 or at least that's what the previous owner told me, my friend Rich:

I had posted some photos of it when Pastor Bob and Neal Lerner did our Paramount ride a few years back. Plus whenever a "show me your" fenders, red bike, shiny lugs, etc. thread would pop up. Ha! You just think I'm all Fuji! :D

No wonder - I must have mistaken it for Neal's red, fendered '64.

If it's a 66, then it has replacement seattube decals.

Hey, now who's complaining about owning Fuji's finest? (ducks for tomato)

Despite my Fuji reputation I actually don't ride them as often as one would think. I've backed myself into a corner with one of a kind Fuji's in mint +++ condition (and with provenance) that hang on my walls. What get ridden on a regular basis is the Paramount, the Raleigh Pro and my '84 Fuji Opus III.

Interesting about the decal, I'll look at that a bit closer this evening and check the serial number real quick.

I need to add my '75 Paramount to the registry...no fender eyelets on mine, I'm 99% sure, however...

I was just paging through all the photos. They are Honjos. Still yummy.
