Restoring an old frame and need help with Cable stops

I am new to restoring old frames, and managed to source an old Dawes frame (lower end of the spectrum, but nice enough). I am fitting it with 2010 campag centaur, and need a source for band-on downtube cable stops. I have seen the ones Origin 8 make, as well as those on SJScycles, but would prefer a band I can attach barrel adjusters to. anyone know the best source for these ?

He won't ship to the UK, which presents a little problem. I have found a few other examples. Do I need to find shifter bosses with a flat on them, like.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/DOWNTUBE-SHI...ht_1106wt_1193

or can I use round bosses for the cable stops like

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Simplex-Chro...1#ht_550wt_961

Finally, what type of boss did the Campy Triomphe downtube shifters use, because I have found a cheap one that looks pretty.

I'd skip the barrel adjusters. The RD has adjustment on it, and the FD is friction, anyway.
