I recently acquired a frame and need help identifying it. It's way too tall for me and looks as though it might have some top tube damage but I'm still curious about what I have here. It was built up as a fixed gear with a mishmash of new and used parts. Nitto stem, Sugino VT cranks and Kalin seatpost could be original. Not sure if the paint job is factory, the only decal left is the plain Fuji one and it looks like someone took it off and put it back on. Suntour dropouts with lawyer lips. Hatta Vesta headset. It's kind of hard to read the serial number under the paint but it looks like it starts with SI and ends in 99.
