Junior sized quality road bikes
I'm looking for a very small framed/wheeled road (track racing) bike for my daughter. I occasionally see on ebay and the like some bikes from the 70's to the 90's with 15" frames and 18" to 22" inch wheels. What I'm looking for is a listing of makes and models in this size range to help with my searching. ( any comments as to quality/lightness would be a help as well)
Thanks!
Thanks!

Bikes: Current 79 Nishiki Custum Sport, Jeunet 620, notable previous bikes P.K. Ripper loop tail, Kawahara Laser Lite, Paramount Track full chrome, Raliegh Internatioanl, Motobecan Super Mirage. 59 Crown royak 3 speed
You may also want to look into 80's Terry style road bikes. Several Japanese manufacturers like Shogun and Nishiki made models that are very good values quality and wieght wise in Junior and Terry styles during 80's. I would say mid 80's Japanese bikes are where your most likely find your best values.

Bikes: '72 Motobecane Grand Record, '72 Gitane tandem, '72 Raleigh Super Course, '73 Raleigh Gran Sport, '73 Colnago Super, '76 Fiorelli Coppi, '78 Raleigh SBDU Team Pro, '78 Trek 930, '81 Holdsworth Special 650B, '86 Masi GC, ’94 Bridgestone RB-T
I think French makers tended to offer these. I picked up a Gitane kids bike recently with 20" wheels (500a tires!), and I've seen some Peugeot kids 10-speeds too, including a kids mixte.

Not C&V...but...I just picked up a used Trek KDR1000 for my son. It's a little big for him right now, he can ride it but not ideally...but...he's only 6yo (relatively tall 48"+) and it should last him until 10-11yo with a stem swap, which the seller included.
The KDR is aluminum, relatively light, and has 24" wheels.

We have a couple of relatively modern 650c road style bikes in the 43-45cm size range (hard to tell with sloping top tubes). One is a Trek 1.2 aluminum frame with carbon fork, and one is a Garneau aluminum with alu fork. The Trek is probably 5 years old and the Garneau maybe 6-7? Both are well made frames that have done nicely. I have them equipped with Sora level stuff.
