Pink Prelude!
Ive been looking for one for while in 58cm. Google search turned up a link to a CL ad in Wisconsin. The guy had never shipped a bike before but with a few tips, he got it done. Fed ex just dropped it off.
Going to get a full rebuild, paint touch up and polish.
Keep Santa Cruz Weird
If anyone has a pink or white stock fork in 220mm that would be great!

In between bills and junk, the occasional bike or music related t-sirt, decals, parts. Lsat timeIt was myold stock Classic Bicycle news shirt, mbefore that an Arp AXXE synthesizer logo shirt...I spend l;ot os money filling my closet with spendy custom shirts instead of going to the thrift store or getting clearance stuff at Target.
But the Monark shirt will be much cooler than a $3 polo.

A couple of t-shirts from Patent Wear. I should have chosen a different color for the derailleur one, the writing underneath is black so it pretty much disappears on the green.

Came from Colnago. I envision a craftsman, returning after lunch, gnawing on some bread, putting the finishing touches on my frame, stuck it in there to be quirky. Reality is probably just some jerk in shipping that didn't want to walk over to the garbage can.

The city was giving out free bike lights on the Hudson River Greenway, so I took a set. One of them has a dead battery.

A pair of Pacenti 650B Brevet rims! They're so light and wide and shiny!
The logo, so classy:
I've read about the issues/concerns over cracking with the PL23s and SL23s, but haven't experienced any of that with my SL23s yet in 1500 miles. Given that the metal in the Brevets is thicker in every observable dimension than on my backup set of SL23s, these ought to be pretty robust and long-lasting. Check out the spoke bed through the valve hole:
Yet they're still lightweight, this one at 426g. I'm (cautiously) optimistic that Kirk nailed it with these rims.

@ThermionicScott, do you have a link for those rims? I find shopping for 650b rims to be confusing.

They have a "free shipping for orders over $200" deal going, which is nice. Since the market for 650B rims has been so fluid, I've been in the habit of buying my spare rims (of the same ERD) upfront, so my thinking is that it's a large but infrequent purchase.

A Velo Orange JIS Alloy Headset. Sadly when I pulled it out of the box and was looking it over the crown race was a huge disappointment. The crown race looks almost like that rough galvanizing on cheap pipe, I could probably live with that if it wasn't for the fact that the actual contact area has the same roughness and is uneven and not machined.
Ordered it off the big auction site (to save on shipping) and don't feel like doing a return so I'm going to check my stash for a 27.0 race and just not use the supplied one.
