Nigel Bean Edge Decals

Hi all,

I'm new to this and trying to find out some info for my old man as he's not great on the net! In his retirement he's bought a Nigel Bean Edge roadbike and is in the process of renovating it, I think it's from the 1980's. Not sure if any of you know where he can get hold of some Nigel Bean Edge decals, I've searched but can't seem to find any for him. If not, he says he'd settle for Renolds 531 Competition decals, if anyone can point me towards any decent ones.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

Simon

If you're looking for Correct Reynolds decals, this place has the very best. Nick's Reynolds decals are approved by Reynolds. It doesn't get any better than that.

Nigel Bean or Nigel Dean? I ran across a "Dean" when I was in Scotland a year or so back.

This is the Nigel Dean Touring bike and the proud owner, "Actually, it's my wife's bike...have heard of 'Nigel Dean' bikes, have you? (I hadn't) Is it famous? Is it worth anything?"

He told me it had been on the ferry when it sank, got recovered a few days later along with the ferry, dried out and cleaned of the salt water, and been ridden ever since. Must be one heckuva good construction!

That made me laugh! Checked with the old man and it seems retirement has not been kind! After originally insisting it was Nigel Bean when I could not find any info on it, he has now admitted it is infact a Nigel Dean! Thanks for pointing that out.

Thanks for the link to Hlloydcycles, looks like they have similar Nigel Dean decalls so think my dad will go for them, now he just needs to get round to striping it and get it painted!
